Job Description
- Design develop and maintain high-quality software modules for Cotivitis product suite.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure robust and reliable software.
- Analyze and resolve software issues reported by internal and external customers.
- Review and interpret software requirements and specifications to create detailed design solutions.
- Independently troubleshoot diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with offshore development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions ensuring adherence to coding best practices.
- Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and strive for continuous process improvement.
- Mentor and support junior developers within the team.
- Work effectively within a cross-functional global team environment.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks as outlined in performance reviews and as assigned by management.
- Ensure software development aligns with Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Python PySpark Hadoop ecosystem cloud technologies databases RESTful services and container orchestration.
- Apply strong analytical communication and multitasking skills to prioritize and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable but not required.
