Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Manage and monitor interconnected IT/Security projects to ensure dependencies and scope are fully understood
- Track and report program status review and mitigate risks escalate and resolve issues and document approved changes
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and holistic program oversight
- Communicate program updates and status to all internal and external stakeholders including management and resource managers
- Lead reviews of key security programs and projects with senior management
- Coordinate cross-team planning scope discussions and estimation for IT security projects
- Assist in prioritizing projects and resolving resource or project conflicts escalating issues to leadership when necessary
- Ensure project teams are properly staffed and forecast/track resource needs for security projects
- Manage project/program budgets ensuring accurate financial planning forecasting and reporting
- Proactively identify track and mitigate risks and issues across security programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and non-technical teams (IT Business Networking Systems Finance Vendors etc.) involved in security projects
