Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cloud Data Engineer to build and manage large-scale cloud-native data pipelines and platforms. This role requires expertise in designing optimizing and maintaining data solutions on cloud environments while ensuring high availability scalability and security.
Responsibilities

Design build and maintain cloud-based data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.

Develop ETL/ELT workflows using tools like DBT Apache Airflow or AWS Glue.

Optimize data storage and retrieval across cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).

Implement data security governance and compliance best practices.

Collaborate with Data Scientists Analysts and Architects to deliver business insights.

Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability and scalability.

Work with cloud-native services (AWS Redshift GCP BigQuery Azure Synapse Snowflake).
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

10 years of experience in Data Engineering with at least 7 years in cloud data platforms.

Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling.

Hands-on experience with cloud-native services (AWS S3 Redshift Glue EMR; GCP BigQuery; Azure Data Factory).

Proficiency in Python/Scala/Java for data engineering.

Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka Kinesis Pub/Sub).

Knowledge of CI/CD for data pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).

Familiarity with Data Governance Security and Compliance frameworks.
