Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic-minded individual with experience in engineering and integration of identity and access management (IAM) capabilities within a complex business environment. The ideal IAM lead delivers the best user experience while balancing application and Cybersecurity requirements. As a member of the Enterprise Systems team the IAM lead plays a critical role in helping to implement the IAM strategy in pursuit of our desired outcomes.
- Work closely with teams who develop and manage the customer facing products and underlying technologies to ensure IAM strategy is integrated properly to manage all the customer access for the company
- Work with the solution implementer to help update the roadmap and ensure the team is progressing from a technical standpoint and that IAM strategy is implemented and integrated so scale across different products
- Leveraging key technologies and best practices the IAM Lead will work collaboratively with IT Product Owners and Business software development teams to integrate IAM solutions that improve our security posture while equally improving employee/contractor and partner experience
- Establish document and communicate IAM services capabilities policies and procedures to key IAM stakeholders and consumers
- Utilize effective collaboration and influencing skills to successfully carry out IAM and the overall information security mission
- Lean on deep subject-matter expertise in all areas of IAM including single sign-on multifactor authentication just-in-time access extensive usage of APIs and domain design
