Job Description
Our client is a leader in power and thermal management solutions and electronic component manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the MFG plant requirements and working with the SEA HR COE team to develop and execute solutions programs and policies in terms of TA L&D OD HRIS ER and C&B.
- Assisting the MFG plant in analyzing and managing people process improvement projects manpower issue analysis organization unit restructures workforce planning HR report analysis and succession planning.
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching counselling career development disciplinary actions) while conducting necessary interviews such as performance interviews talent interviews and exit interviews.
- Managing and providing recommendations for complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations when necessary to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:40 - 17:25.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the human resources field (recruitment training L&D etc.).
- Experience in manufacturing or other related industries is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Service-minded with an HR attitude.
