- Industry/ Organization Type: Education / Montessori
- Position Title: Preschool English Teacher (L2)
- Working Location: Loyang
- Working Hours: 5 days between 7am 7pm (Shift-Based)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4000 Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare plan and conduct appropriate lessons to engage nurture and motivate children in accordance with the curriculum
- Plan and deliver programs that support active learning both in and outside the classroom
- Track childrens progress complete reports and maintain developmental portfolios for each child
- Establish effective classroom management
- Create and maintain a safe clean and supportive learning environment
- Work together with parents to support childrens development
- Provide routine care and ensure childrens safety and hygiene
