In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To ensure the service level agreements are on target.
- To plan assign and direct work to the employees in cooperation with the supervisor or manager to manage workload and projects.
- To train new hires and ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and skills before performing their work alone/independently.
- To perform regular coaching to enhance the performance of staff and encourage participation in decision-making.
- To monitor adherence to ethics and the code of conduct and implement disciplinary action in compliance with the requirements for due process.
- To provide timely and appropriate resolutions to escalations of functions supported.
- To plan organize and coordinate team activities to enhance team camaraderie and employee engagement.
Who You Are:

With excellent communication skills you can proficiently converse creatively propose straightforward solutions and develop alternative resolutions to customer concerns.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering or related courses.
- General knowledge in the creation of general arrangement drawings for sales orders and maintenance request orders.
- Experience working with several levels within an organization from the frontline up to senior management.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat DocPro or other Document Management Systems.
