The role
As our HRIS Application Administrator youll provide technical support act as a bridge between business and IT and ensure our HR processes run smoothly. You will translate business requirements into MyHR process flows and functional designs making data accessible to users and much more.
Managing and optimizing MyHR will be a crucial part of your responsibilities as you will monitor performance resolve issues manage user accounts and permissions and handle data management. You will oversee technical designs in activated modules manage security roles and permissions and improve the CSOD portal. Maintaining documentation working with vendors conducting meetings implementing updates and finding solutions to reduce manual workload will be essential. You will assist MyHR users support international HR changes prepare training materials and develop consultative relationships with HR Admins. Importing and combining data visualizing it in Power BI and Excel and ensuring user-friendliness for non-technical users will be key aspects of your role.
