Job Description
JOB TITLE: Baker
JOB LOCATION:Gbagada Lagos
ADVERTISEMENT
JOB DETAILS:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens mixers Monitor baking process and make adjustments as necessary
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen
- Clean and maintain baking equipment utensils and work area.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous experience as a baker necessary
- Knowledge of baking techniques and principles
- Familiarity with different types of flours sugars and other baking ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Salary
N60000 N70000 / month.
