- Implementation of employee retention strategies
- Collaboration with the updating of job profiles based on the evolution of the organizational structure
- Contribution to employee retention and retention plans through organizational culture
- Creation of improvement projects based on employee competency development
- Employee performance evaluation
- Monitoring of HR KPIs
- Improvement of processes for staff development
- Employee motivation strategies
For This Role You Will Need:
English: Intermediate/Advanced
Bachelors degree in business administration/organizational psychology or similar
Computer Software: Intermediate Office
Other: Teamwork Conflict Resolution Customer Focus
Required: Organizational Development Statistics Staff Turnover and Absenteeism
