Job Description
Associate Director IEGP(Integrated Evidence Generation Plan Strategy and Operational Excellence is responsible for.
-Working with key internal stakeholders such as J-CoT(Japan Compound Team) co-leaders and other key functional leads to guide developing high quality and comprehensive IEGP with J-IEGP framework including KBQs development Evidence Gap Assessment KRQs clarification also the person has to be part of commercial and scientific discussion.
-Leading IEGP planning through yearly business discussion such as ISD BP and global/ regional IEGP alignment to ensure the value of evidence generation activities proposed.
-Leading customer insight generation workshop best practice sharing session for key J-CoT members by leveraging other compounds and other Opcos cases.
-Monitoring the key IEGP milestones across all J-CoT and supporting the discussion to solve delayed plans and executions.
-Organizing IEGP development capability training.
-Educating on the updated IEGP framework/ governance for key J-CoT members aligning with global and Asia Pacific IEGP framework.
-Creating overall J-IEGP framework with IEGP leader and IEGP project core members to realize 6 areas of key deliverables such as governance resource management IEGP process efficiency RACI/ G&O implementation Evidence Generation plan monitoring system and execution excellence.
-Ensuring that all J-IEGP activities are compliant with HCC rules and global/local regulations.
-5 years of related experience (i.e. RWE HECOR Medical Affairs R&D Marketing Publications Project Management Healthcare etc.) required.
-Experience effectively working in a matrix environment required.
-Familiarity with evidence generation functions within Life Sciences organizations desired.
-Experience working with Power Point development web-tools dashboarding and reporting software.
-Exposure to interventional and non-interventional trial/study to meet both commercial and scientific objectives in Oncology or Immnology DAS desired.
-Working knowledge of regulatory and commercial compliance issues relating to conducting research and disseminating of scientific information desired.
-Big picture orientation and strategic thinking w/attention to detail.
-Demonstrated leadership with indirect reporting relationships/ability to effectively influence without direct authority highly desired.
-Excellent skills in collaboration influencing and communication (both written and presentation in English) required.
-Ability to develop and verify key business questions for the compound/TA is essential.
-Result oriented performance driven and self organized.
-Self awareness intellectual curiosity and integrity.

-Integlity and Credo-based actions.
-Working knowledge of Japanese healthcare system and customers perspectives required; specifically understanding of pricing and reimbursement models.
