We are looking for Assistant Director of Engineering
As an Assistant Director of Engineering we rely on you to
- Manage the Engineering team in alignment with the Director of Engineering
- Handle daily maintenance of facilities with minimum disruption to the operation of the hotel
- Ensure a smooth efficient daily operation in the Engineering department
- Assist in any engineering projects including planning supervision and execution
- Assist in the audit and training programs e.g. Fire & Life Safety and Environment Protection
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Engineering
- Detail-oriented high sense of responsibility and integrity
- High proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Enjoys taking on new challenges
- Relevant experience in international hotel group would be advantageous
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and local language
- Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
