Ford Business Solutionsis looking for a

Finance Analyst - Global Spending Related Expense

to join ourProduct DevelopmentFinance teamin ourSzentendreoffice.

As a Global Spending Related Expense Analystyou will be responsible for Facilities and Tooling (F&T) Expenses in the Blue Segment* youll drive accurate data-based financial planning across global regions. Youll calculate monitor and forecast F&T expenses using inputs from Property Accounting and Capital Spending ensuring alignment with Product Development and Corporate Profit Analysis.
Youll build strong analytical tools work closely with global stakeholders and dive into financial drivers to support smart fact-based decisions and continuous process improvements.

* Ford Blue within Ford Motor Company refers to a strategic business unit specifically focused on its internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle segment. Ford Blue focuses on strengthening and further developing well-loved Ford models that rely on internal combustion engines such as the F-Series (including F-150 and F-250 trucks) Ranger Maverick Bronco Explorer Mustang and etc.



Responsibilities

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team

  • Preparing F&T Expense calculations and reports for your assigned segment
  • Producing standard and ad-hoc reports for both management and corporate stakeholders
  • Providing detailed variance analysis with relevant facts and perspectives
  • Understanding and responding to changes in business practices or assumptions
  • Consolidating Spending Forecasts and explaining variances
  • Supporting the global implementation of F&T Expense processes and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
  • Assisting other segments when needed and owning global tie-out tasks and provision lines


Qualifications

Are we looking for you Yes if.

  • You have a University / College degree and/or 1 years work experience in Finance
  • You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe
  • You are confident in using MS Excel
  • You have strong analytical and time management skills
  • You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
