Job Summary

Manager App Tech Lead / Analyst Programmer Digital Solutions (5-day work week)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development and system design on the backend CMS and the APIs to support the features of the mobile app;
- Setup and maintain CI/CD pipeline to streamline development processes
- Discover and evaluate new technologies to support business needs and strategy
- Work closely with product managers designers and developers to build highly scalable and available products;
- Follow the priority of project managers in the entire agile SDLC to ensure the project objectives are achieved timely;
- Consolidate different API communications between the mobile application and various backend gateway parties;
- Perform other jobs as assigned;
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or related disciplines;
Min. 8 years of experience in backend application development;
Solid experiences on C# .Net and programming;
Strong Experience in designing patterns of MVVM and MVC;
Familiar with web services/ APIs;
Hands-on cloud hosting (Preferably in Azure) is a must;
Experience in experience in DevOps and CI/CD deployment;
Experience in delivering medium-to-high-traffic mobile apps is a plus;
Knowledge in frontend programming (e.g. JavaScript CSS) is a plus;
Detailed-minded and committed to success;
Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
