Join Our Team as a Facility Maintenance Technician at Oldfield Club!
Are you handy with tools great at solving problems on the fly and enjoy working in a beautiful Lowcountry setting Were looking for someone just like you to join our team at Oldfield Club that gorgeous spot tucked behind the iconic white fences on US 170 in Okatie SC.
This isnt just another maintenance job. At Oldfield youll be part of a tight-knit supportive team that keeps our club looking top-notch and running smoothly for members guests and staff alike. Think of it as being the behind-the-scenes hero of a Southern paradise.
What Youll Be Doing:
Logging and tracking maintenance work like a pro.
Getting your hands dirty with tasks like digging sweeping shoveling and pressure washing.
Helping us keep things clean and fresh with general facility upkeep and painting.
Tackling general maintenance projects and equipment moves (youll even get to dismantle and reassemble things!).
Responding to daily work orders and jumping into special projects.
Making interior repairs to walls tiles carpet and all kinds of cool materials.
Installing and repairing hardwaredoor closers locks and more.
Bonus: If youve got electrical or plumbing skills wed love that too!
What Were Looking For:
A self-starter who takes pride in their work and knows how to manage their time.
Someone who can juggle priorities and still deliver high-quality work.
A sense of urgency and the ability to handle busy seasons with a smile.
