Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Support Staff
LOCATION: Claremore OK
STATUS: Part Time Immediate Opening
CLOSING: Open Until Filled/ Specific Date
HOURLY RATE: Commensurate With Experience and Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a multitasker with excellent customer service and people skills. This position performs a variety of administrative duties. This position also provides customer service to the public Judicial Offices Attorneys and other Courthouse staff.
JOB DESCRIPTION: This position requires data entry in computer system answering phones preparation of documents preparation of files pulling of files and filing in files.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School or GED equivalent. Preference for prior legal and/or office experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Prior office experience excellent computer skills attention to detail ability to multi-task willingness to learn all aspects of the office. Knowledge of Microsoft Office includes Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc. Knowledge of Justware. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
