About You

You will be responsible in achieving sales growth by developing maintaining and managing customer relationships and comprehensive account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers assigned

  • Build a strong rapport with customers and be the primary contact for customers inquiries

  • Support customers in OPEX planning on essential repairs and/or upgrades to keep their elevators and escalators safe reliable efficient and up to date with the latest technologies and codes

  • Utilize Otis sales tools effectively to track opportunities pipelines and to forecast sales results

  • Conduct sales negotiations close deals and ensure timely payment

  • Collaborate with fellow team members service field operations team and other colleagues to ensure customers needs are promptly served

Requirement

  • Degree/ Diploma in any discipline

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

  • Customer centric and enjoy delighting customers

  • Strong presentation skill and able to articulate effectively to the expectations of customers

  • Team player able to work in a fast dynamic and multicultural environment
