Are you ready to lead the transformation of public-facing regulatory services through innovative digital solutions Join us in this exciting role where youll lead the development and optimisation of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) within a regulatory environment. This is your opportunity to drive strategic alignment between business needs and technical capabilities ensuring our public-facing services are efficient compliant and future-ready.
Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with regulatory and organisational goals.
Own and manage the product backlog prioritising features based on business value compliance needs and user feedback.
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders regulatory authorities and the Salesforce delivery team.
Lead agile ceremonies and continuously refine the product backlog to reflect evolving priorities and sprint outcomes.
Ensure the Salesforce platform supports current and emerging regulatory frameworks integrating with external systems as needed.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a regulatory or public sector environment
Strong understanding of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PPS) and its regulatory modules
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications and user stories
Salesforce certifications (E.g. Salesforce Administrator Platform App Builder Public Sector Solutions Specialist
Experience with licencing permitting inspections or compliance workflows
