Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain ETL transformation rules using Talend Big Data
Troubleshoot debug and resolve data integration issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with data engineers analysts and business stakeholders in France/Luxembourg and Malaysia when production issues arise
Build and optimize data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics
Monitor data quality performance and compliance with internal security policies and industry standards
Document ETL workflows and transformation rules for operational transparency
Assist in data migration and integration from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms
Uphold data governance and best practices across all ETL processes
Preferred Industry Background:
Experience in the finance banking or insurance sectors is preferred.
Academic Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Strong business analysis capabilities
Experience in supporting production and providing user-facing support is highly valued
Ability to work independently and respond proactively to issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills especially across regional teams
Technical Skills Required:
ETL development using Talend Big Data
Strong understanding of data integration transformation and migration
Experience with data validation cleansing and enrichment
Familiarity with data governance principles
Working knowledge of cloud-based data platforms is an advantage
