Job Summary:
Join our dynamic customer support team in Surat. As a Customer Support Analyst you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our clients and helping improve their experience with our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer support requests through calls or emails.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear effective solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer education.
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with software tools.
Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
