At FLSmidth youll be joining a global team across 60 countries who are united by a passion for innovation collaboration and sustainable solutions. As part of our Order Execution team within the PCV Planning Department youll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across functions to deliver results.
What youll do
Control and manage production schedules ensuring alignment with material requirements.
Coordinate the controlled flow of approved materials into production.
Ensure all equipment required for production is in optimal condition.
Provide recommendations for improvements in production processes.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive process enhancements.
Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to secure timely availability of materials.
Promote and foster a strong safety culture for yourself your team and all stakeholders impacted by operations.
What you bring
Strong planning coordination and organizational skills.
Experience in production planning operations or supply chain coordination (manufacturing/mining/heavy industry experience desirable).
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
A safety-first approach in all aspects of work.
