The role
We are seeking a SAP Advanced Process Specialist to join our SAP Solution this role you will support SAP projects that drive optimization initiatives and enhance global business processes across production supply chain and quality areas. You will collaborate closely with local SAP SMEs technical consultants and business stakeholders serving as a bridge between IT and operations.
Your responsibilities
Support business blueprinting and process design in SAP projects
Contribute to the ALK SAP global business process template
Participate in Global IT projects across multiple domains
Take part in SAP project activities including design testing training and documentation
Identify and implement business process enhancements in collaboration with local SAP teams
Facilitate communication between SAP technical consultants and line-of-business stakeholders
Your profile
Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry Pharmacy Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience
5 years of experience supporting SAP business processes
Strong knowledge of SAP MM PP and/or QM modules (logistics knowledge a plus)
Experience implementing SAP projects including process design and validation
Familiarity with GxP and the pharmaceutical industry preferred
Strong coordination communication and stakeholder management skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Proactive service-minded and collaborative team player

Global IT at ALK
Global IT at ALK is a global organization of approximately 110 employees across three main hubs in Hrsholm (Denmark) Madrid (Spain) and Krakow (Poland) with IT staff also based at production sites and regional sales hubs.
We maintain most IT competencies in-house ensuring close collaboration across teams and sites. Our IT strategy includes several major new programs and projects to modernize ALKs IT infrastructure and application landscape.
