- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients in a professional manner.

- Support customers with order entry tracking and follow-up.
- Resolve client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience preferred (medical supply industry a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/customer service software.
- Professional friendly and helpful demeanor.
