Whats the role

As a Finance Manager in the Customer Enablement and Engagement Finance team youll play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across our Retail Banking business. Youll lead the development of financial models enhance month reporting and forecasting processes and collaborate with teams across Finance Group and Consumer to drive performance and continuous improvement. This is a full-time role based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements available.

What do I need

Were looking for someone who brings strong analytical capability a collaborative mindset and a passion for improvement. Youll need:

  • Proven experience in banking audit or treasury with a solid understanding of financial services.
  • CA or CPA qualification (or working towards it).
  • Strong data and modelling skills with proficiency in tools like TM1 and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • A sense of curiosity to challenge the status quo and growth mindset to approach ambiguous challenges.
