Job Description

Project/Position Introduction

Overview

In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing stakeholder relationships driving increased enrolments across our training programs and championing the RTO as a provider of choice for enrolments and training outcomes.

The Role:

  • Stakeholder management with internal and external agencies
  • Implement and deliver on Sales Pipeline
  • Convert both cold and warm leads into student referrals and enrolments
  • Lead generation to create opportunities
  • Ability to travel locally regionally and from time-to-time interstate

About You:

  • Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships that drive growth
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs in a sales role
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience achieving and exceeding targets
  • Significant experience in sales and delivering successful plans to agreed timeframes
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
