This is a part time 0.6 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled 4 8 and 12 hours between the hours of 3:00 PM -7:30 AM. You will also work 2:6 weekend. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to:
- Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization.
- Communicate sick calls calculate and forecast future staffing needs.
- Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associates Degree in Business Administration Healthcare or related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field Required
- 3 years in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
