Our client is one of the leading fully integrated real estate developers in Japan.
Overview
- Responsible for confirming revising and creating projections budgets or any other finance or admin related tasks of our projects in coordination with partners and the estate group (Thailand Singapore Japan etc.).
- Responsible for checking revising creating agreements letters any other documents related to our projects and collaborating with our partners vendors tenants etc. to complete our necessary procedures.
- Responsible for preparing documents data or information and proceeding with internal approval via our internal systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborating with our partners vendors or any other related parties to get appropriate data documents or information to create revise or finalize projections budgets or any other finance or admin related tasks for our projects.
- Completing all procedures research and collaborations especially to review digest and deal with appropriate solutions for projections budgets business plans projects related documents and any other admin related information and to coordinate and obtain our internal approval.
- Conducting research as necessary to provide appropriate documents or information.
- Facilitating smooth communication internally and with vendors clients partners or any other related parties.
- Having a sincere attitude toward work such as proceeding work and communication quickly and efficiently and reporting to supervisor frequently and properly etc. Retaining and developing knowledge on specialist areas of finance and business development.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
- Excellent knowledge for projections budgets any other business development and finance related matters especially for real estate development or operations.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office especially Excel).
- Knowledge of the real estate industry - offices hotels retail construction and design.
- Must be able to work under pressure and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and research skills.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant major preferred.
- More than 5 years of business development or finance experience in the real estate field is preferred.
