Our client is a leading global manufacturer of electronic connectors.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries by providing company solutions including product information pricing RFQs and technical specifications.
- Ensuring company products are approved in the Bill of Materials (BOM) by tracking opportunities and conversions through orders.
- Building a strong pipeline with assigned key customers through design-in activities with customer R&D teams maximizing the companys footprint in new/existing programs.
- Coordinating customer contracts and agreements as necessary.
- Visiting customers as needed to foster relationships and understand their requirements.
- Building relationships with internal Business Units to support sales efforts.
- Staying informed about the market customers and competitors.
- Preparing monthly sales reports and call plans highlighting potential opportunities and risks.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Executive and Key Account Executive roles with a technical background in the electronics industry.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Must have own car.
