Join Devsinc as an Associate Growth Executive and be a part of our innovative team dedicated to driving business success! In this role you will be actively involved in identifying new sales opportunities establishing connections with potential clients and building strong relationships that foster business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as LinkedIn and marketplaces.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and propose customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide insights into market trends and competition.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate interest and qualify leads.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM - 3 AM).
