ABOUT HOTEL NASSAU BREDA
Hotel Nassau Breda Autograph Collection is part of Marriott International and is located in a former monastery in the heart of the vibrant Burgundian city of Breda. The hotel features 95 rooms a breathtaking chapel (capacity 300 pax) perfect for weddings and events and 5 spacious meeting facilities. THE POSITION
Do you have a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail As our Groups & Events Intern youll get hands-on experience behind the scenes of everything from business meetings to social celebrations. Youll support our Events team in planning coordinating and executing all kinds of group bookings and events helping to make sure every guest experience is flawless.

Youll learn how to prepare event orders coordinate departments and assist in client communication all while developing your organizational and multitasking skills. From shadowing site inspections to helping manage walk-in event requests this is your chance to get a true taste of life in Events within an international hospitality group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Events team with event planning and coordination tasks
Assist in preparing rooming lists timelines and setup details
Help manage event inquiries and maintain booking records
Join internal meetings and site visits with clients to understand event requirements
Assist with on-site coordination on event days to ensure smooth execution
Communicate with teams across the hotel (kitchen front office housekeeping)
Help handle last-minute changes and support the team in problem-solving
Contribute to event feedback collection and reporting

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Currently studying or recently completed studies in Hospitality Tourism or Event Management
Excellent communication skills in English (German or other languages are a plus)
Enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service
Eagerness to learn take initiative and be a team player
Organised proactive and detail-oriented
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Curious about event logistics hotel operations and guest interaction
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn hotel systems

Internship allowance of 420 per month.

Travel allowance of 80 per month.
