About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Clinical Pharmacist who will join our dynamic Pharmacy team. You would be expected to provide high-quality effective clinical pharmacy services within a variety of complex critical care caseloads whilst working in a multidisciplinary supportive team environment.
Step into a dynamic clinical pharmacy role where your expertise truly makes a difference. From ward rounds and medicines reconciliation to discharge counselling and dispensary services youll be at the heart of promoting safe high-quality medication use.
Youll lead quality improvement initiatives shape clinical guidelines and support seamless care across the hospital. As a mentor youll guide early-career pharmacists and inspire the next generation through student education.
