Join us in a key role where commercial governance meets digital innovation. As Commercial Manager youll oversee vendor relationships contract performance and procurement supportensuring our digital services are delivered effectively efficiently and in line with government frameworks. Your expertise will help us build strong partnerships and deliver better outcomes
Develop and implement commercial practices for digital services that align with Ministry priorities and All-of-Government standards.
Own the digital procurement strategy and associated commercial plans to support effective service delivery.
Oversee the full lifecycle of digital/ICT contracts from negotiation and onboarding to performance monitoring renewal and exit.
Provide commercial input into procurement processes and financial evaluations to enable robust informed decision-making.
Ensure vendors deliver agreed outcomes comply with contracts and continuously improve service quality.
Ko ng pkenga u - What youll bring
A minimum of 5 years in a commercial manager or equivalent role experience within the ICT industry.
Strategic thinking with a focus on value creation performance improvement and risk management
Demonstrated expertise in digital service delivery models and up to date understanding of vendor ecosystems
Proven experience in commercial contract management within ICT or digital services ideally in a government or large enterprise environment
Strong understanding of government procurement processes legal frameworks and All-of-Government commercial standards
