About the Role

Are you passionate about turning data into strategic insights that drive operational excellence Maersk is seeking aSenior BI Product Ownerto lead the development and evolution of data products that empower decision-making across our global operations.

In this pivotal role youll bridge the gap between data capabilities and business outcomesowning the vision roadmap and delivery of BI solutions that ensure a single source of truth and deliver maximum business value.

The ideal candidate combines a passion for data and business processes with the ability to think on a company-wide strategic level. Success in this role requires a strong business partnering mindset solid business acumen and the ability to champion data-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve a portfolio of BI products tailored to operations stakeholders including driving vision and roadmap of the data products.
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions business logics and actionable requirements.
• Lead agile delivery with engineering squadsbacklog grooming sprint planning testing and launch.
• Architect and manage BI solution design and implementation.
• Coordinate BI strategic efforts across different stakeholders
• Champion a one set of numbers philosophy across the organization.
• Align and standardize KPIs reports and documentation.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Act as escalation point for product-related issues and ensure resolution.
• Deliver BI solutions that generate clear business and financial insights.

What Were Looking For

• Degree in finance econometrics business engineering statistics computer science or similar.
• 6 years experience in analytical roles finance business partnering or data product ownership.
• Strong background in BI and data modelling
• Proven ability to influence and drive change across functions.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI SQL Databricks Dataiku DSS Python or R.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
• A team player with a proactive problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality.
