- Draft thorough case assessments for review by senior attorneys
- Guide clients through their rights and legal options with clarity and compassion
- Partner with intake coordinators and paralegals for smooth case handling
What Were Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) with active bar membership
- Background in employment law or plaintiff-side litigation
- Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-volume caseloads while maintaining client focus
