Analyze case strength under state and federal laws such as Title VII ADA and FMLA
Draft thorough case assessments for review by senior attorneys
Guide clients through their rights and legal options with clarity and compassion
Partner with intake coordinators and paralegals for smooth case handling

What Were Looking For

Juris Doctor (J.D.) with active bar membership
Background in employment law or plaintiff-side litigation
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-volume caseloads while maintaining client focus
