Your role at St John of God Health Care
You will play a key role in driving Accounting and Finance process improvements across the Record to Report Plan to Perform and Procure to Pay streams applying strong project management principles to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.
The Position
Partner with Finance stakeholders to capture analyse and document current and future state business processes.
Develop clear business requirements to support process improvements and system enhancements.
Identify assess and document solutions to complex business challenges validating recommendations with key stakeholders.
Support the development of business cases to justify proposed initiatives and provide input for project approvals.
Contribute to the creation of test cases training materials quick reference guides and communication resources to support change adoption.
You will bring at least three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of project management principles. Results-driven and customer-focused you will have the ability to deliver high-quality business analysis and consultancy support while driving meaningful business improvements. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. To be successful you will hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.

Salary $124196 to 137946 per annum plus 12% Superannuation
12-month fixed term contract commencing November 2025 working 76 hours a fortnight
Located in Perth CBD Kings Square office
