We are looking for a self-motivated member to contribute to the data collection annotation and data quality control to continuously build and improve our in-house datasets to accelerate the development of our self-driving software his role you will work with in-house tools to collect and annotate data coming from the fleet of vehicles.

Role Responsibilities

  • Use in-house tools to label point clouds and images.

  • Collaborate with the vehicle team for on-site sensor calibration data collection and data quality verification.

  • Work closely with team members to improve the design and efficiency of labeling interfaces.

  • Ensure high data quality by identifying data issues and making sound judgments on challenging edge cases during labeling.

  • Create concrete plans and maintain thorough documentation to track data records and issues.

  • On an ad hoc basis able to develop tooling with python along the data pipeline including but not limited to 3D visualization and annotation tools calibration toolkits and data processing tools.

Required experience:

  • Current student in Diploma/BS.

  • Available to work on-site schedule between 9:00AM- 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment learn quickly and be able to prioritize assignments to meet scheduled data deliverables.

  • Strong communication skills are needed to understand data annotation requirements clarify doubts and collaborate with others.

  • Able to think critically and make sound reliable judgments throughout the data annotation process.

  • Strong attention to detail for ensuring data integrity.

  • Strong record-keeping and organizational skill for tracking project timelines.

  • Basic knowledge of Linux and software.

  • Python knowledge and experience in video editing software is a bonus.
