Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities including expanding the companys client base and market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the companys products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
