Major Duties :Reviews client files for conformance with applicable AML policies procedures and regulatory requirements and works with front office teams to facilitate support and functional knowledge as it relates to compliance with applicable AML laws rules and standardsPerforms continuous monitoring of customers including investigating Adverse Media and Politically Exposed Person and escalates to Global AML management any regulatory compliance risks associated with the file reviews completedCarries out business-related activities that may be required to support Global AML Compliance guidelinesProvides support as requested by Global AML Management as necessary to resolve compliance issues including actions in response to Regulatory exam and Audit findingsUses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgmentsReviews assigned laws/regulations and related policies/procedures in order to understand test scripts for execution of and adequately documents testing to assess compliance with and adherence to regulations and policies/ analytical skills to review information and determine potential control weaknesses or exceptions to policies/ and communicates testing results in clear concise with validation testing of issues identified to ensure actions have been adequately in additional projects or initiatives as directed by existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgmentsHas limited impact on own work teamWorks within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlinesKnowledge :Requires Financial Institution Regulatory and Compliance knowledge including but not limited to AML Customer Identification Program (CIP) Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory requirements and Economic Sanctions laws and regulations usually acquired through formal education or experience to review policies and procedures in order to ensure their adequacy and to monitor complianceRequires strong analytical interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are required to analyze and summarize informationRequires Analytical skills required to execute test scripts and identify exceptions to policies/proceduresRequires strong written communication skills required to document work completed and summarize findingsRequires organizational skills required to coordinate complianceACAMS certification desired but not requiredRequires conceptual knowledge of theories practices and procedures within a job disciplineApplies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experienceExchanges straightforward information asks questions and checks for understandingExperience :Accountable for own contributionsMust possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree Economics Finance/Accountancy/Banking Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent At least 2 years of related experienceWorking with Us:
