These new locations are designed to enhance our customer experience by being even closer to them facilitating multi-lingual and scalable talent availability enable standardization of processes all while supporting our customers growing needs.
As an Account Receivable Manager youll play a vital part in our success by managing a team with given process scope (OTC Collections and/or credit management) and overseeing end-to-end OTC process with a view to identifying potential gaps and leading needed adjustments.
Handles most situations independently and is guided by values policies procedures continuous improvement of the process and the business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility over Accounts Receivable portfolio of an Area/group of countries within his/her scope with a view to improving overall working capital
Oversees end-to-end OTC process with a view to identifying potential gaps and leading needed adjustments
Lead and direct a team towards achieving timely and accurate collections of due invoices
Develop and drive collections strategies
Be direct involved in negotiations involving relevant customers
Engage stakeholders for timely issue resolution
Drive Teams performance and engagement
Ensure adherence of the team to the companys policies
We are looking for:
An experienced Leader in the AR arena strong stakeholder management and as the main relevant experience in developing a team collaboration empowerment and execution excellence attitude. Proven leadership skills and ability to create a connections and influence others without authority. With excellent stakeholder management skills and a very good communicator. Experience with transformation/change management/processes improvement.
Skill sets:
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellence in developing negotiations and collections strategies
Excellent understanding of finance specially OTC end-to-end process
Experience with change management and processes improvement
Experience in coaching and developing team of specialists and business knowledge experts
Familiar with MS office
Fluent English
