Our client is seeking a strategic leader to oversee application management and service delivery within a dynamic organization focused on digital transformation. • Application Operations Leadership:Manage multiple service providers to deliver production support system administration user management and quality assurance.
• Strategic Development:Drive the development of application operation strategies that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Collaboration and Integration:Work closely with business leaders to build a comprehensive service catalog aligned with technology strategies.
• Capability Development:Shape the agenda for future needs and lead strategic planning to prioritize projects that address business challenges.
• Transformation Initiatives:Lead the transformation of application operations to support a more agile and efficient organization.

Qualifications

• Communication skill in both English and Japanese language is required.
• 15 years of experience in service management within a global organization.
• Proven experience in managing service delivery production support and quality assurance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive environment.
