Job Summary

Our client a global player in the aircraft leasing industry is seeking a Vice President or Senior Manager to join its Sales & Marketing team with a focus on the EMEA region. This is a strategic and high-impact role responsible for leading lease transactions and supporting the companys commercial growth across key markets in line with global portfolio objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate structure negotiate and execute complex multi-jurisdictional aircraft lease transactions.

  • Develop and drive targeted regional marketing and sales strategies to support long-term business goals.

  • Oversee day-to-day sales and marketing operations ensuring consistency with broader commercial strategy.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities including the placement of aircraft transitioning off lease.

  • Design and implement a coordinated regional marketing programme aligned with regional market dynamics.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive commercial proposals and develop pricing strategies for both existing and future lease products.

  • Track and report on sales activity and performance providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key commercial airline clients across the region.

  • Conduct ongoing market research and trend analysis to proactively identify new business opportunities.

  • Lead business development and prospecting efforts to identify new lessees.

  • Support end-to-end negotiation processes from LOI through documentation to deal completion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in aircraft leasing with a strong background in sales and marketing within the EMEA region.

  • Proven track record in managing complex aircraft lease transactions and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.

  • Deep commercial understanding of the aviation leasing market and strong negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship management abilities.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
