Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth

  • Lead sales initiatives for AUT ESS and Digital products ensuring alignment with customers needs and Voiths offering;
  • Develop tailed solutions to address customer challenges and drive value;
  • Achieve/Exceed sales targets with focus products.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers;
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Voiths business units seamless communication and collaboration.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Analyze industry trends competitor activies analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities;
  • Gather and share customer insights and business intelligence to support cross-functional decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • > 3 years Paper & Pulp industry Automation related
  • Basic English for listening speaking and writing
  • Familiar with Microsoft office tools
