ABB电气事业部安装类产品业务单元是基于美国通贝公司(Thomas & Betts)发展而来是全球电气连接器和元器件制造的领导者100多年来一直致力于让安全电能融入生活其丰富的产品线包含超过二十万种的电气元件和系统用于对电电线元件进行连接固定保护和识别等并在众多领域应用广泛诸如OEM设备石油化工海洋工程工业商业及民用建筑输配电防雷与接地系统铁路机车航空航天可再生能源等为客户提供更多的产品服务和解决方案
主要职责
订单 根据自己所负责业务部门需求在市场上从事产品及解决方案的销售实现业务目标
客户关系 建立并维护有效的客户关系理解客户需求向客户积极推广全产品线的解决方案尤其是本地化新产品解决方案并确保客户的良好体验
新的市场机遇 识别并推动新的市场机遇识别电气辅材销售机会并向客户推广相关产品及整体解决方案提高客户应用技术分析技术趋势和创新
日常管理 管理日常销售行为提供管理销售过程支持项目管理活动及收集工作等
渠道开发和管理 针对产品特性开拓销售渠道配合渠道管理团队做好日常渠道管理
岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历理工类电气或机电专业优先
- 具备三年以上相关的电气及相关行业或岗位工作经验有较强的销售能力具备自动化设备和电气辅材经验及相关应用知识
- 对销售工作充满热情
- 具有较强的学习能力; 以客户为导向有较强的责任感并注重个人诚信
- 积极主动积极主动具有良好的人际关系和表达能力
- 结果导向具备很好的人际互动和沟通能力以及团队协作能力
- 工作积极主动勤奋踏实学习能力强能够适应长期出差
- 能够在高压下独立工作
