Job Summary
Ironclad Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Moonlighting (10-20 hours per week) must has some business hours availability
100% remote within the US

Summary:
Were seeking an experienced Ironclad SME to advise on implementation strategy and build scalable end-to-end contracting workflows. This contract role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business processes into Ironclad configurations establish a robust hierarchy and clean data model and drive best practices. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing workflows approvals templates and metadata; defining roles permissions and record relationships; setting governance naming conventions and data standards; creating documentation SOPs and training materials; troubleshooting issues and leading UAT and iterative enhancements; advising on integrations and data migration; and collaborating closely with legal procurement sales IT and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Ironclad end to end
- Deep knowledge of Ironclad workflow builder record relationships hierarchy and permissions
- Proven ability to map business requirements to Ironclad configurations and metadata models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including advising leadership
- Self-directed detail-oriented and able to operate with minimal oversight
- US-based with availability for meetings during normal US business hours
- Experience with integrations (e-signature CRM such as Salesforce SSO/IDP)
- Background in Legal Operations Procurement or Sales Operations
- Experience with change management training and enablement
- Experience with contract and metadata migration into Ironclad
