Join RISE at The University of Tennessee as a Maintenance and Inventory Control Coordinator $25.00 - $26.00 / Hour
Location: RISE at The University of Tennessee
Compensation: $25 - $26 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits: Health Dental Vision Generous 401K Match EAP Paid Time Off (3 weeks accrued vacation time sick time floating holiday company-paid holidays) and Quick Insurance Coverage (starting at the first of the month after hire).

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Track and manage warehouse inventory conduct regular audits ensure proper stock levels maintain organization and cleanliness of the maintenance shop. Assist with documenting quarterly inventory and preparing ready schedules as needed.
Work Order Support: Code work orders for maintenance and housekeeping teams. Assist with assigning work orders if necessary to support smooth workflow. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all processes.
Property Inspections & Audits: Conduct building and unit inspections perform independent property audits and identify areas for maintenance or inventory improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.
Documentation & Coordination: Maintain detailed records ensure office and stock areas are tidy and presentable and coordinate with housekeepers maintenance teams and suppliers as needed.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: Inventory management maintenance or related experience preferred.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong ability to maintain accuracy and high standards.
Self-Starter: Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Communication Skills: Clear effective communication for work order management and audits
