Works well under general supervision as well as providing technical and analytical support to assigned position. Responsibilities:
Formulates and defines scope (requirements) and objective based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processes.
Works with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results. Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve root causes.
Evaluates/researches business problems and their relationship to technology.
Prepares and/or assists in the preparation of project or development proposals including problem definition evaluation or alternatives cost/benefit analysis action plans and documentation (reports models etc.) Typically coordinates activities at a department level
