Summary
As a key member of the business development and marketing team this role will take daily direction and receive guidance from the CRM Manager in order to manage and optimize our client relationship management systems and processes. This role is critical to maintaining strong client relationships supporting business development initiatives and ensuring efficient data management across all practice areas. The position requires a highly organized self-starter with a variety of hands-on database maintenance skills including email marketing database management analytics reporting and maintaining continuous data quality standards.

This position can sit in our Raleigh Atlanta Austin Baltimore Boston Chicago Dallas Houston Miami Minneapolis New York Northern Virginia Philadelphia Phoenix Seattle Short Hills Washington DC or Wilmington office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily maintenance of the firms CRM platform.
Ensure data integrity accuracy and completeness across all client and prospect records.
Import data files from supported offices post event attendees and carry out list maintenance initiatives.
Process data changes and merge duplicate records using the CRM data quality tools.
Assist in building and maintaining comprehensive client and event lists.
Generate and distribute detailed reports on client engagement business development activities tailored to the specific needs of departmental stakeholders.
Support the Alumni team by generating comprehensive reports and perform weekly maintenance tasks to help maintain accurate up-to-date alumni contact lists.
Support attorneys and business development teams with client research and relationship intelligence.
Provide ongoing support to Legal Executive Assistants and Marketing & BD staff on CRM functionality.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and firm policies.
Collaborate with Marketing IT and Practice Development teams on integrated initiatives.
Track all projects and tasks within ServiceNow; proactively share progress updates with stakeholders.
Provide ad-hoc project assistance to CRM Manager as needed.
Develop maintain and optimize relevant documentation (workflows processes procedures etc.) and train others on CRM marketing platforms.
Utilize Firm collaboration platforms to collaborate with relevant colleagues and stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills
Experience with LexisNexis InterAction Vuture and/or Dynamics strongly preferred. Ability to multitask and balancing priorities across different channels and projects. Highly organized self-starter. Ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams and work in virtual environments is essential. Strong attention to detail and with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Microsoft Teams.
Minimum Education
High School or GED.
Preferred Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication Journalism or related field.
Minimum Years of Experience
3 years Experience in a professional services firm using CRM platforms.

Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Work Environment
The individual selected for this position may have the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement comprised of remote and in-office work the requirement for which will be determined in coordination with the hiring manager or supervisor and may be modified in the firms discretion in the future.

The firms expected hiring range for this position is $35.09 - $49.96 per hour depending on the candidates geographic market location.
The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidates experience skills educational and professional background and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k).
