Our client is a distributor of mobile phones and IT products. Currently they are looking for a suitable person for the position of Regional Retail Manager in the North.
Job Description
- Being responsible for the field force management team retail marketing initiatives retail training and development store identity standardization retail system process and deployment.
- Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
- Updating the senior management on business performance new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
- Being responsible for fostering close working relationships with respective internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth operations of the entire retail function.
- Conducting market visits regularly getting feedback from retailers and partners and identifying and resolving issues.
- Initiating the changes for continuous business improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Not over 40 years old.
- Experience working cross-functionally with corporate functions and field leadership.
- Experience in analyzing and resolving complex issues to recommend and implement strategies to resolve issues.
- Experience in identifying operational issues and resolving them accordingly.
- English or Chinese communication.
- 3 years or more relevant experience in relevant industries.
- Able to travel outside the area.
