Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and management of architectural design and coordination activities for projects.
- Ensure compliance with architectural design standards and codes.
- Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of architectural drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural drawings and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Resolve design conflicts and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide updates on architectural design progress.
- Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate implementation of architectural designs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of architectural design activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and other architectural software.
- Knowledgeable and understand the specifications and drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
