Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Conduct on-site visits to perform repair and maintenance services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
- Assist in the development and improvement of service procedures and guidelines.
- Train customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Create detailed service reports and documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience in technical service or field engineering role preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
